1. Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract location data from the images on the website.
2. Payment
Accepted card types: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, American Express.
Our online payment service provider is OTP Bank.
3. Product Warranty
The seller is responsible for the quality of the products, and consumers can decide whether to contact the seller regarding a specific issue.
In case of a defect, we guarantee a proper replacement!
We distribute our products according to the current warranty terms in Hungary.
In all cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs during the warranty period. However, if there is a material defect or an issue covered by the warranty, shipping costs will be refunded after the return.
4. Complaint Handling
You can send your complaints to [email protected], and complaints will be reviewed within one week. If we set up refunds for customers who paid by card, the refunds will be transferred to the bank account within one week.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal means that we can unilaterally terminate the online contract according to legal permission, and in the case of returning the product, we can request a refund from the seller for the amount already paid.
The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that we had no opportunity to check, test, or use the product before purchase. The cost of returning the product to the seller is borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specifically made to customer specifications.
The current withdrawal period is 8 working days.
The consumer must return the product within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after receipt). If the product was not used as expected, the seller may claim compensation for any damages, defects, or depreciation.
How do we verify the date of receipt of the product?
We mainly verify the date of receipt based on the delivery date on the product’s invoice.
6. Prices
The prices displayed on the website and in newsletters are offer prices of the products and are for orientation only. These prices do not include shipping costs, installation fees, or other potential costs. The final price will be confirmed by the seller after the order.
For special products/offers, the price is valid until sold out or while stocks last. The seller reserves the right to change the validity period.
7. Copyright
The entire website is copyright protected, and text and images may only be used for commercial purposes with the permission of the website owner.
Product images on the website are for orientation only, and we take no responsibility for misunderstandings that may arise from them.
8. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

9. Terms of Purchase
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between HOME’S LEGEND KFT as the seller (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the buyer within the framework of the sales contract. The sales contract is only valid for the quantity and quality of the products ordered by the buyer.
Sale under the following conditions:
The legal relationships between the parties shall be governed exclusively by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, regardless of whether the buyer is a Hungarian or foreign legal entity.
Orders, contract changes, or additions are only valid in writing and upon signature by both parties.
The validity of the order does not begin with the conclusion of the contract but with the payment of the deposit or advance stated in the contract. The validity of the contract begins with the receipt of the advance payment or the booking confirmation on our bank account or with the corresponding payment proof.
The buyer’s order is recorded based on the confirmation of the order by the seller.
Prices and parameters in catalogs, brochures, flyers, images, drawings, and price lists are for information purposes only.
In all cases, the parameters and prices of devices are determined at the time of the conclusion of the contract and are binding on the seller according to the contractual terms.
The contract must include:
- Seller’s name, address, registered office, bank details, contact information, and name of the authorized representative.
- Name, address, contact information, bank details, and personal identification number of the authorized representative.
- Ordered devices according to the catalog, including quantity, parameters, and prices in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the contract.
- Place of performance: Usually, delivery and acceptance take place at the seller’s premises. The seller undertakes to deliver to all regions of the country, but the exact conditions will be specified in each case in the contract. Delivery conditions and costs depend on the value, weight, portability, and distance of delivery.
- Seller’s performance: Delivery is considered fulfilled when the quantity and quality acceptance takes place at the place and time specified in the contract. Commissioning is not required.
- All other issues are governed by the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
The warranty period is legally 12 months. The buyer is obliged to check the goods for defects immediately upon receipt. Complaints about quantity or other defects must be reported to the seller in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods.
